Our Story
Our founder started out running CAD drafting software in a cubicle, but he wanted to be outside, meeting new people every day. Driving around Jacksonville, he kept noticing mold on home after home and saw an opportunity.
In 2003, a friend in sales offered to book the jobs if he'd do the washing. He said, "Sure, why not," and started with one pressure washer and a van. He soon went out on his own, adding equipment piece by piece until branded trailers and a full crew were working across Northeast Florida.
Along the way, he renamed the business As New Again for its biblical meaning: being born again is being made new again. That's the fresh start he wanted for every home.
The jobs got bigger, but the best reward never changed. As he puts it, "It gave me joy cleaning people's homes." More than 20 years later, watching a tired house come back to life is still his favorite part of the job.
