Clear the Stains and Mold From Your Jacksonville Concrete
Oil, rust, and mold can stain bare driveways, patios, and pool decks. Sealing helps protect the concrete, especially in Jacksonville’s hot, humid climate. As New Again Pressure Washing cleans the surface, lets it dry completely, then applies sealer with an electric pump and chemical gun. Call (904) 881-9743 to schedule concrete cleaning and sealing.
The Concrete Surfaces We Seal Around Your Home
The surfaces below are all poured concrete, and each one gets the same clean, dry, and seal job. There's no joint sand to sweep in like there is on pavers, just a cleaned slab and heavy, even coats of sealer.
Driveways
Your driveway takes the most traffic and shows the most wear, so it's the surface homeowners seal most often. A sealed slab repels stains instead of soaking them up, and concrete driveways are standard on homes across the city.
Patios
We seal poured concrete patios the same way. Covered and shaded patios dry slower after the cleaning visit, so we wait until the surface is dry through before any sealer goes on.
Pool Decks
A sealed pool deck keeps mold from taking hold around all that splash and shade. The clean, dry, and seal steps are the same as any other surface we handle.
Walkways
Walkways tucked along the shaded side of a house hold moisture longer than open concrete. We let them dry fully, then seal, because sealer only belongs on a surface that's dry all the way down.
Choose Your Concrete Finish
The sealed look is yours to pick. Whichever one you choose goes on in the same heavy, even coats. Tell us the finish you want when you book, or ask us at your free estimate and we'll walk you through the options for your concrete.
Matte
A matte finish keeps your concrete close to its natural, low-sheen surface. It's the understated option when you don't want a shine.
Semi-Gloss
A semi-gloss finish adds a soft shine to the slab. It sits in the middle, between a flat matte and a full gloss.
High Gloss
A high-gloss finish gives the surface a bright, wet-looking shine. It's the boldest of the three and makes the color stand out.
Why Choose Us When Concrete Sealing Has to Look Right
Sealer is only as good as the way it goes down. Here's what sets our work apart on a sealing job.
Electric Pump and Chemical Gun, Not a Hand Sprayer
We moved off the little hand pump-up sprayers years ago. The sealer now goes on through an electric pump mounted to a bucket lid, with ten to fifteen feet of hose and a chemical gun. That's how you get full, heavy coats laid down evenly across the whole slab instead of the thin, patchy pass a hand sprayer leaves behind.
An Artist's Eye on Every Slab
Our founder trained in art and design before ever picking up a pressure washer, and that visual eye runs through the whole crew. We notice the spots other companies walk past. On a seal job that means the coats go on even edge to edge, and we don't call it finished until the surface looks right.

How Our Concrete Sealing Process Works Across Two Visits
Sealing is a two-visit job: we clean first, let the concrete dry, then come back and seal. Here's how it goes from your first call to the final coat.
Your Free Estimate, Often by Phone
Estimates are free. For a standard job we pull your property up, measure the concrete, and quote it from the square footage right over the phone. Larger or more complex jobs get an in-person look, and on a small job we can see it, confirm the price, and get to work on the same visit.
Booking and the On-My-Way Text
Once you approve the price, we book your cleaning visit and set the sealing visit for after the concrete has dried. You get an automatic confirmation by text and email, and when the crew heads your way they tap out an "on my way" message so you know we're coming.
Day One, Scrubbing and Rinsing the Concrete
The first visit is all cleaning. We run a surface scrubber and pressure washer across the slab to pull up the dirt, mold, and staining, then rinse it down. The cleaning is part of the sealing job, not a separate service you pay for.
Letting the Concrete Dry All the Way
Sealer only goes on a surface that's dry through. We give the concrete two to three days to dry, and longer in cool or shaded spots where the sun doesn't reach. Rushing this step traps moisture under the sealer, so we don't rush it.
Heavy, Even Coats by Electric Pump and Chemical Gun
On the second visit the sealer goes down in heavy, even coats with the electric pump and chemical gun, in the finish you picked. Poured concrete takes no joint sand, so once the coats are on and leveled, the slab is sealed.
Paying Your Way
When the work is done, you pay however suits you. That's on site through our app, by a text or email payment link, or with Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. If anything looks missed, tell us and we'll take care of it.
What Concrete Sealing Costs Per Square Foot
Concrete sealing is priced by the square footage of the surface and its condition, with the cleaning visit built into that price rather than billed on its own. Your final number is set at your free estimate, once we know the size and shape of the concrete.
| Pricing | Details |
|---|---|
| $1.25 to $3.50 per square foot | Concrete sealing, by the square foot. It's priced like paver sealing, about $1.25 to $3.50 per square foot. Where you land in that range comes down to the size of the slab and how much cleaning and prep it needs before sealer can go on. |
A couple of ways to save:
| Pricing | Details |
|---|---|
| Bundle & Save | Bundle and save. Pairing concrete sealing with another service, like a house wash on the same trip, brings the cost down, anywhere from roughly 10% to 50% depending on the job. |
| Savings | Repeat customers. If we've worked with you before, ask about repeat-customer savings when you get your estimate. |
We Guarantee Our Concrete Sealing Work
We guarantee our work. If we missed a spot or you're not satisfied, tell us and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. The goal is for your property to look new again. That stands behind every job we do. We also set honest expectations up front about what sealing will and won't do for your concrete, so there are no surprises when the work is done.
Concrete Sealing Customer Reviews
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does sealed concrete last?
A sealed surface holds up for around three years on average. Heavy rainy seasons wear it down faster, so timing matters. When it starts to wear, a fresh seal brings the protection right back.
When can I walk or drive on my sealed concrete, and when can the dog go back out?
You can walk on it once it's no longer tacky, and drive on it after 24 hours. Keep the dogs off until it's fully dry, since paws will track across a soft finish and mark it.
When is the best time of year to seal concrete in Jacksonville?
Summer is the best time to seal. The warm, dry weather gets your concrete to dry faster between the cleaning visit and the sealing visit, which keeps the whole job moving.
Will sealing stop weeds in my concrete joints?
Sealing helps keep new weeds from taking hold. If the joints are already full of weeds, they need to be killed first; otherwise nature finds a way and pushes right through. We'll flag that at the estimate if we see it.
What if my concrete already has old sealer that's hazy or peeling?
We strip the failing sealer first, on the cleaning visit. The stripper turns the old sealer white and softens it so we can wash it off, sometimes more than once if it's stubborn. Only then is the surface ready for a fresh coat. Stripping adds some labor to the job, and we'll account for it in your estimate.
